What We Are
Accessifix Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Sarasota area with independent providers who remodel bathrooms and kitchens. Our main focus is bathrooms that are easier to use: walk-in showers, tub conversions, walk-in tubs, grab bars and wider doorways.
We do not design, demolish, build or install anything. The provider you speak with runs its own business, sets its own prices and does the work.
Why This Service Exists
Finding the right remodeling provider takes time. You search, leave messages, wait for callbacks and still are not sure who handles accessible bathrooms. We shorten that search. You tell us about the project once and we pass it to a provider who serves your area and takes on that kind of job.
How Providers Are Matched
When you call or send the estimate form, we look at your location and the type of project. We then route your request to an independent provider in our network who covers that area and that work. Which provider you reach depends on who is taking new projects at the time.
What We Ask of Providers
We expect providers in our network to:
- Give homeowners clear, itemized written quotes
- Explain how hidden damage or added work will be priced
- Hold the licenses and insurance their trade requires
- Treat people and their homes with respect
- Answer questions honestly, including when a cheaper option will do
If we hear repeated complaints about a provider, we can remove them from the network.
What We Do Not Do
We do not:
- Perform remodeling work of any kind
- Set prices or collect payment for the work
- Offer loans or financing
- Make medical or safety promises about any product or layout
For health questions, talk with a doctor or occupational therapist.
How We Are Paid
Accessifix Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for calls and requests we send them. That payment does not raise the price the provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to.
