How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Accessifix Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens after you do. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can contact us about:
- How you were treated when you called or contacted Accessifix Remodeling
- How we handled your personal information
- Information on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with a remodeling project, the first step is usually to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Accessifix Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email us at contact@accessifix.com and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After We Receive It
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our response does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
