Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before using accessifix.com. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Role Is Referral Only

Accessifix Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Accessifix Remodeling.

No Endorsement or Warranty

Connecting you with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, schedule, cost or results of any provider's work, and we cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, and what suits one project may not suit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Cost figures on this website are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes and they vary by job, location, materials and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins.

Financing and Payment

Accessifix Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans, and we do not collect payment for remodeling work. Payment terms are set by the provider you choose. Read every contract carefully before you sign.

Safety

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint, and some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before they are disturbed. Do not cut, sand or remove materials you are unsure about. If you believe there is a danger to life or safety, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Accessifix Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
